Cellular contract issues. English Speaking customer service

I have had a Telekom Cellular account since January 2020. I stopped receiving a monthly bill back in March of 2023..it is now May 2023.
When I login into my Magenta app, all of my information has disappeared.
I need help with this issue...is my contract terminated?
I've called every number that is listed and either nobody answers or they don't speak english.
And yes...my phone still receives phone calls and text messages so I don't know what the issue is. Please help.

But you don't have to do anything, because you will get your invoices by post and online again NOW!
