Hello. How can i change my curent prepaid plan with another one from home and from my phone. Is there a number i can send sms and activate wich one i want?

      Hello. Is there any posibilty to change my prepaid plain with another one? Without the need to go into a Telekom shop. A number where i can send a message or something with the plan i want. No one speak english and i can't speak deutsch for now. Thank you.

      I don't want a thread for my problem,but im runing this page with google translate cause i didn't born in Germany and i don't know the language. You respond to the thread like the other guys did in the Shop. Keine English.

      So einfach geht das bei der Telekom doch nicht.

      This is not a chat with Telekom-staff, this is a web community as a place to help each other. It is mainly a costumer-helps-costumer-community. And it is normal that in a community it takes time to get a helping person, who has the knowledge you need. I am not a member of the staff of deutsche telekom. I am also a costumer.

       

      The Telekom-staff of the community sleeped at home tonight, they are not 24 ours in action here. Because there are ways outsight the community like the hotlines, which can be contacted. Usually a staff member will read this. But  with more time difference, because the normal helpers here are other costumers.

      you have the customer number, behind a mistake.
      That's why I was so confused ..... There comes out another customer.

      Under your mobile number I can see a tariff MagentaMobil Start M.
      You can switch to the MagentaMobil Start L. Then you have 1.5GB per month.

      Das Problem ist doch, daß er mit seinen mangelhaften Deutschkenntnissen vermutlich Probleme dabei hat, den Tarif selbst online zu wechseln. Deshalb wäre es nett, wenn Ihr das für ihn macht.
