Did you try to do the identification via passport or ID?
In any way, you can just reply to the invitation E-Mail you received for the identification and correct the data.
It's possible you put in the wrong data while ordering.

I tried passport. I replied to the invitation email and hopefully they can resolve it. Thanks.
