Hallo liebe Community,
ich würde gerne mein Vertrag ändern, und ich komme leider nicht weiter. Der Vertrag kostet 35€ und automatisch wird mir online die Data More Option für 30€ im Monat dazugebucht. Wie kann ich den Vertrag ändern/verlängern, ohne dass die Option mit übernommen wird?
