Data sims for business customers

Hi, we provide all our clients with at TP Link 4G router with a 2GB telekom sim card. I was told by the guy in the telekom store that if we signed a contract then our 5 data sim card data usage would appear in our client portal.
I've now been on the phone to your business support people for 2 hours and no one can help us with a simple, question like where can we see our data usage for each sim card? Meaning, if we have 20 data sim cards connected to our 4G routers (connected to our motion sensors only) in 20 locations around Europe, how can we find out our data usage remotely from our client portal?
If this is not enabled, I'd like to speak with someone from management who can explain why not OR how it can be enabled.

You can check the consumption only with pass. tekekom. de. Please, connect a device about WLAN with your Router. Afterwards please open the link pass. telekom. de with your Browser.
