Datenroaming funktioniert in Belgien nicht

Hello,
I have a new business account with Telekom and cannot use roaming data in Belgium. My other phone with my private Telekom account works perfectly.
The business account is in a Samsung S22 while my personal account is in a Samsung S9+. Of course, I have Data roaming "on" in the Connections menu and mobile data "on" under the Data usage menus. I've turned my phone off, serviced and turned on my phone after toggling these settings, tried manually selecting a carrier, switching from 5G to LTE or 3G , none of these work.
I would appreciate urgent help to solve this problem.
