Does Telekom want new customers? Why do they make it so difficult to close a deal with them?

I have been for over a week trying to close a deal with Telekom business. I have twice talked over the phone, gave them all the information, said I wanted to bring my phone over from Vodafone to Telekom... and it has not worked because I cannot do the online verification due to portuguese document...
Then I had to go to a shop, I though I could only show them my document there and they could add this to my potential contract but no, they said they had to start a completely new contract.
Now it seems like I have two requests in Telekom's system? I have already requested that the online one is deleted but still the lady from the shop wrote me saying the number was brought to Telekom but apparently not to the latest contract I was closing.
Can someone just finalize the contract with the number brought? I dont care if it's online or the shop or whoever, just close the deal for God's sake!!!

Terrible service...

i couldn't find any orders/contracts under the mobile number you provided, which is presumably the one in question (?).
Do you have the order numbers for the two orders for us?
You are welcome to save them under ‘Further information’ in your profile and give us a little note here.
