E-Mail des Kundendienstes bei unbezahlter Mobilfunkrechnung

Guten Abend,
Ich hoffe, es geht dir gut.
Ich hatte eine ausstehende Rechnung und diese sollte per SEPA-Konto bezahlt werden, aber ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Bankkonto, also habe ich die Zahlung manuell an die in der Rechnung angegebene IBAN (UniCredit Bank - HypoVereinsbank) gesendet.
Das ist die E-Mail-Adresse, mit der ich den Kundenservice darüber informieren kann, dass ich bezahlt habe, und ihm das Dokument geschickt habe, das beweist, dass ich die verspätete/fehlgeschlagene Zahlung gesendet habe

Wer ist mit "Dir" gemeint - ein Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) der Telekom-Buchhaltung?
Dieser liest hier bestimmt nicht mit.
Viel einfacher wäre es, die auf der Rchg. angegebene Telefonnumer anzurufen - um zu prüfen,
ob die Zahlung eingegangen ist.
Das kann durchaus 3 - 4 Tage dauern nach Absenden des Geldes.

Klingt nach maschineller Übersetzung. Gern in deiner Muttersprache schreiben, dann wird es vielleicht verständlicher.

and check the receipt of your payment.
3) The purpose of the call is to identify you - please use the
last 6 digits of the IBAN stored with Deutsche Telekom.

Hi Anna, Yes I saw your call and I tried to answer it, but my phone rang a little bit and then stopped. I do not know if it a cellular network failure because I am in a different eu country other than Germany. I am available at all times today, tomorrow, etc... Would you like to try again?
