Eingehende Anrufe (aus dem Nicht-Telekom-Netz) werden nicht verbunden

I switched from Lebara Prepaid to Telekom Prepaid. However, I do not receive incoming calls from outside the Telekom network, e.g. from Vodafone, O2, 1&1, etc. But outgoing calls to all networks, sending/receiving SMS from all networks and data services work fine. I contacted Telekom support by phone, chat and in the shop, but no one was able to solve the problem. Can someone help me here?

Sim Card Re-insertion: Sometimes, simply removing your SIM card and reinserting it can resolve network issues.
Network Settings Reset: You can reset your network settings on your phone. This will clear any potential misconfigurations that might be causing the issue.
Manual Network Selection: Try manually selecting a network to see if it helps.
Check for Carrier Updates: Ensure your phone's carrier settings are up-to-date.
SIM Card Replacement: If none of these steps work, it might be worth asking for a replacement SIM card to rule out any issues with the card itself.

Ich habe diese Schritte ausgeführt. Nach einem Anruf beim Kundendienst wurde die physische SIM-Karte in eine E-SIM-Karte geändert, das Problem besteht jedoch weiterhin.

The databases of the other providers don't seem to have been updated yet.
When was the prepaid activated at Telekom?
In rare cases it can take 2-4 days for the other providers to update their databases.

@Maria An. its a good sign that O2 incoming calls are working now, hopefully things will be resolved soon. Regarding Vodafone, I am not sure about this as I was not able to test it.
