Einrichtung Android Voicemail-App nicht möglich.

Guten Tag,

die Android Voicemail-App sagt mir "Etwas ist schief gelaufen. Bitte versuchen Sie es erneut." und lässt sich nicht einrichten. Ich vermute die Ursache liet darin, dass ich vor Wochen Visual Voicemail (VVM) für IOS genutzt habe, jetzt aber Android nutze. Kann das bitte jemand fixen?

      Wie telefonisch vereinbart habe ich die "normale" Mailbox soeben für Sie aktiviert, damit Sie die Android Voicemail App voll umfänglich nutzen können. Bei weiteren Fragen, freue ich mich wieder von Ihnen zu lesen.
