Hello,

 

I tried calling customer support - the first representative placed me on hold for 10 minutes after I asked for English, and then passed me to another person who then proceeded to hang up on me after I asked if he spoke English.   Is there a different customer service number for English support?

 

I was just charged 50 euro in data roaming charges in the UK, so am just trying to find out why as I was under the impression the UK should still be included in the roam-like-home agreement.   Thanks for any advice.
