English speaking help needed. Prepaid contract termination and number transfer

Can people from Telekom help me with prepaid relation termination and mobile number release to transfer it to another mobile operator? (Funny enough, I am switching to a Telekom contract, but I have to make these foolish actions to save my current number).

      This is not correct. You can simply perform a tariff change from prepaid to standard contract. However you will not be treated as a new customer.

      Long story short. I need to „import“ number from Tchibo to the current contract with Telekom. The required phone number is already „released“ by Tchibo/O2 and could be imported. I tried to do this operation quickly (on Friday) but without success.

      If the Telekom contract is already active then this is unfortunately not possible any more, Telekom does not support this.

       

      (You will find telco companies that allow such late porting and you will find companies that don't)
