Error 900110011 in Telekom App

Good morning Telekom Community,

 

I was running out of mobile data (internet),  topped up my account for that and then faced the following problem in the App:

- when I open Account details to see the contract duration and request extra GB, getting the notification that something went wrong. During some previous attempts there was an error detail - 900110011.
First attempt was made yesterday evening.

 

Would appreciate the help.

    Hi @_Tetiana_ 

    There is currently maintenance work in the customer center.
    Therefore the app is also restricted.
    Try booking data volume via https://pass.telekom.de  (WLAN off).
