esim activation

I am a Magenta Prepaid SIM user.

I would like to get an eSIM for my iPhone.

I already changed my sim type to 'esim' on your website. 

But I couldn't download any activation code or couldn't find QR code for activation.

How can I get that eSIM profile? I can't seem to find any way to download the eSIM profile in the Mein Magenta app.

Can you please send me the eSIM profile activation code via email or by post or by sms?

      Do you still need help to download your profile? The other option would be to send it by Mail.

      Do you mean post mail, right?
      If that is only option that I can get the profile.
      That's ok. can you send it to my address?

      Yes, I'm talking about post Mail. But I had a look at your Prepaidcard (With your number) and it's not one of ours. You'll have to contact the store where you bought it. You are using our network but the SIM-Card is from another provider. For example MobilCom.

      Ah. That's my mistake. I changed my phone number of Telekom.de, which is already switched to esim. 

      Please look at profile again.

      It will arrive in the next few days.
