Anscheinend funktioniert der ESim-Wechsel (eSim als Hauptkarte) auf ein neues IPhone nur postalisch! Dass heißt man ist im schlechtesten Fall für mehrere Tage ohne SimKarte unterwegs.

oder gibt es da eine andere Möglichkeit?

über das Kundencenter funktioniert es ja nicht.
