ESIM gelöscht von alten Handy - normale Sim geht nicht

Ich wollte die ESIM von meinem alten Smartphone löschen und dann die neue auf mein Iphone aktivieren. 

 

Jetzt komm ich nicht mehr in den Einstellungen weil ich mich zum einloggen den Code eingeben muss der an meine Nummer gesendet wird. Ich bekomme natürlich den Code nicht, um den qr code für das neue esim profil zu aktivieren.

 

Es wird aber in mein Konto auch immernoch unter meine Sims das alte Handy angezeigt als wenn die Karte da noch aktiv ist. 

Ist aber definitiv auf dem Handy gelöscht.

 

 Ich hab in meinen Profil die EID des neuen Handy hinterlegt falls ein Mitarbeiter was machen kann. 

Oder einfach die normale Sim Karte aktivieren.

 

Achso ich habe auch keine Chance, anzurufen mit einer anderen Nummer bei der Hotline.

    Ganz falsch, man deaktiviert die eSIM auf dem alten Handy durch das Aktivieren auf dem neuen Handy oder durch SIM-Kartentausch über das Kundencenter.

    Wenn es keine Möglichkeit für ein Telefonat gibt, dann empfehle ich in den T Shop zu gehen.

    Dort kann dir gleich weitergeholfen werden.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
