eSIM profile deleted

Hello guys,
So I made a stupid mistake.
It's prepaid sim card
I converted my physical sim to esim, and then tried to "convert" it back by deleting esim profile on my phone. As you already know, it's not working like that... I just learned it hard way.
Now I'm stuck without any option to get any codes by sms.
I tried to reorder the new physical sim, and just after that I saw option to get the new esim profile in case you are changing tour device. Which I also "ordered".
It has been few days, I didn't recieve new sim by post, nor i recieved qr code for esim by the mail.
Is there any possibility to reslove this without going to the telekom store?

Btw. This is my first time using telekom, and since I was satisfied with it, I bought the new sim just so I can use it till I'm waiting for the old one

Thank you for the answer.
Can they help me without sending anything to the number? I have physical sim, that can't be connected to the Telekom network. Also, I have all the papers to prove that I'm the real owner.

yes, they can give you a physical SIM card in the store.
Since you're there in person, an SMS will not be needed anymore.
