Hallo. Ich habe vor kurzem deine Family card zu meinen bestehenden Vertrag abgeschlossen. Ich habe das Smartphone Samsung galaxy s20 gewählt. Ich war nicht zuhause als das Gerät ankam und meine Freundin hat es geöffnet. Es war ein huawai p30 lite darin. Das die Family card für sie gedacht war benutzte sie das Handy obwohl es das falsche Gerät ist. Was kann ich jetzt da machen?

      Du darfst zur Nutzung des Widerrufsrechts das Produkt ausprobieren, um bewerten zu können, ob es dir gefällt oder nicht.
      Insofern sind die 3 Tage Nutzung noch kein Problem. Aber du muss das Gerät wieder vollständig zurücksetzen und zusammenpacken.
