Hallo. Die Smarthome App für mein Iphone gibt an, das Gerätepasswort für den Smarthome Router wäre falsch. Ich komme jedoch sowohl mit der DSL Hilfe App, als auch mit dem Laptop bei Benutzung des gleichen Passworts in den Router. Liegt es eventuell an der Smarthome App?

Smarthome hatte ich bereits über den Laptop eingerichtet und angemeldet. Der Fehler mit der App bestand darin, das das IPhone Wlan eingeschaltet war. Nach Deaktivierung konnte ich mich in die App einloggen. Alles funktioniert. Danke.
