Wenn er Google Chrome nutzt, hoffe ich nutzt er nen Übersetzer.
Dort kann er eingeben, dass die ganze Seite und auch die Links auf Englisch übersetzt werden.
Wahrscheinlich hat er seinen Browser eh so eingestellt, dass alle Inhalte die er aufruft auf Englisch sind.
