Guthaben auf Bankkonto

Hallo,

 

mein Telekom Guthaben ist seit einer Woche um ein paar hundert Euro im plus, da meine Rechnung doppelt abgezogen wurde.

Kann dieser Betrag auf mein Bankkonto zurückgebucht werden?
