Handy Vertrag Email nicht gekommen

Hallo, habe gestern mit ihren Kollegen Sarah G. 3 Handyverträge siehe Bild. bestellt und habe dann auf das Email Bestätigung gewartet. Und habe nur eine bekommen von Young Tarif Vertragbestätigung aber von Family card nicht. Ich dachte,vielleicht kommt es irgendwann. Und ich wollte mal die unter Bestellung sehen und habe dann Auftragsnummer eingegeben und es funktioniert nicht. Wie kann das sein?

      ich schaue mir das Ganze im System an.

      Hinterlegen Sie dazu bitte Ihre Handyrückrufnummer im Profil und geben Sie mir kurz Bescheid.
