Hallo,

habe im Rahmen einer Vertragsverlängerung ein neues Samsung Galaxy S23 bekommen und wollte nun den Handyankaufsprozess durchlaufen, bei dem es nen Ankaufsbonus in Höhe von 100,- gibt. Leider wird die IMEI vom neuen Gerät nicht akzeptiert. Woran kann das liegen? Gerät habe ich heute erhalten.
