I have an E-sim Problem

I am a Telekom customer who traded in my iphone 12 for an 15 pro at an Apple Store in the US yesterday. The customer support agent who sold me the phone did not allow me to transfer my E-sim before purchasing the phone. I currently have no service because of this and the 15 pro is strictly e-sim. How can restore my service on my new phone as I am still in the US and don't have a way of calling Telekom?

In this case, you need a new eSIM profile from us. The best way to do this is to contact our customer service and request a SIM exchange. Alternatively, you can do this yourself at the Telekom Customer Center. Please note, however, that you will need another functioning SIM (e.g. MultiSIM or additional contract) to receive an mTAN for the required 2-factor authentication.
