I have an invoice for Glasfaser that i don't use and even my apartment didn't have any Fiber glass connection.

Why i need to pay something i don't use?

is there any way to resolve this?

      please delete the attachment in your post immidiately - it contains sensitive data which are not for sharing.

      Put your customer number in your Profile instead, and wait till a telekom staff member contact you.

      I found what went wrong. Unfortunately there was a mistake in your move-order from the old address to the new one. 

      The old contract should have been cancelled, since it couldn't be taken with you back then. That didn't happen. Now it appears as if you have two apartments at the same time.

       

      To solve this, I just need a "Meldebescheinigung" from you, a document of proof, that you live where you do. And that the new address is your only home. 

      If you don't already have a Meldebescheinigung for your current home, you can get one in your town hall. I'll e-mail you, so you can reply to it, as soon as you have the document. You can easily attach it to your reply, so I can cancel the old contract backdated, as soon as I receive the document.

      Hello again @deniz114455,

       

      I just took care of the cancellation, backdated to the beginning of July. That would have been the correct date for which your fiber contract should have been cancelled in the first place.

       

      Within the next few days you'll receive a refund of what you've paid too much. This will show up automatically on your booking-account here with us. So the refunds will serve as a credit for your next regular invoices.
