The way to success is
Unfortunately it is not possible to do both contract/porting orders in just one step.

Hi, thanks for the reply.
So, Adding PlusKarte on the "existing contract" can port the additional number, am I right?
I think if the multiple porting can be done easily from first step, then the ordering Multiple Karte from Telekom might be really attractive.
Anyway, Thanks.

Hello @Seongwon and welcome to the community.
I'm happy to help and explain the procedure to port existing numbers to new Magenta Mobil PlusKarte contracts.
Please complete your profile and tell me after it's done. I'm going to contact you shortly after that.
Kind regards

Hi,
I've received the call from 08003301000 but couldn't answer because I was holding the important meeting. Could it be from you or your colleague to help me the solution? Or is it only the advertisement call from Telekom? I'd like to opt-out then.
And I've filled out the information. Can you help me further? so that I can have the contract with 2 Karte moved from Constar? +1 Kinder(not planning to move)
Thanks,
Seongwon

Hi @Sarah D.
I thought it'd go smoothly but I'm still blocked. I've ordered the contract(two line, one adult and child). Then I received the email with the PDF that explaining about Opt-In. After that, I've sent the Kündigun to the current Provider.
But what can I do next? Can you help me once again for the further process?
