iPhone schaltet sich nicht ein

IPhone XR làsst sich nach komplett entladenem Akku trotz Stromversorgung nicht wieder einschalten.

es wird immer nur die Batterie mit dem roten/leeren Akku angezeigt.

Mehrere Ladekabel wurden schon probiert. Nichts tut sich.

Was kann die mögliche Ursache sein?
