Keine Auftragsbestätigung nach Vertragsverlängerung

Hallo,

ich habe gestern am 24.09.21 mein Vertrag verlängert mit dem iPhone 13 Pro und mir wurde gesagt das ich eine Auftragsbestätigung bekommen soll.

leider habe ich bis heute noch keine bekommen, nicht per SMS oder Mail, ist auch nicht im Spam Ordner
