LTE mit IPv6 geht nicht mehr (iphone)

Hallo,

seit kurzem funktioniert meine mobile iPhone IPv6 Adresse nicht mehr.

Bei einem weiteren Familienmitglied klappt aber alles wie gehabt ( andere Mobilfunknummer).

Woran liegt das bzw. wer muss kontaktiert werden?

      Hallo,

      nach Kontakt mit dem Service und einen erneuten reboot funktioniert jetzt wieder alles.

      Allerdings hat man mir gesagt, dass es Zufall ist, ob ich ipv4, ipv6 oder beides bekomme.
