Magenta S auf Magenta L for Friends nicht möglich.

Hallo,

ich erfülle alle Anforderungen um in einen For Friends Tarif zu wechseln... da M For Friends günstiger als S jetzt wäre müsste ich ja L nehmen, was im Moment bei 40,xx € Moantlich wäre... (S im Moment bei 38,xx). Jedoch funktioniert dies nicht! Mir wird nur eine Option MIT neuen Smartphone angeboten, nicht OHNE Gerät (der Button ist nicht anklickbar)

Jemand ein ähnliches Problem gehabt?

Wie ist der aktuelle Stand der Dinge?
Konnte die Verlängerung in einem for friends Tarif in der Zwischenzeit durchgeführt werden?
