Hallo,

trotz Bestandskundenstatus wurde die Option gelöscht. Entspricht nicht der Auskunft, welche ich vor 3 Monaten erhalten habe. Werde evtl. die Vertragsverlängerung überdenken. Bleiben mir ja noch 14 Tage. Sehr schlechte Werbung @ Telekom!
