Hallo , wieso kann man eine Family Card Basic 5.Gen nicht in eine MagentaMobil Pluskarte Flex umwandeln ?? Vor einem Dreiviertel Jahr ging’s noch nun anscheinen nicht mehr . Will keine 24 Monate Laufzeit sondern die Flex mit monatlicher Kündigung sonst hab ich in meinem Vertrag ein Laufzeitchaos . Kann mir da jemand helfen warum das nicht mehr geht ! Oder gehts doch ?
