Hallo,

mein MagentaMobil Prepaid M wurde bisher immer zuverlässig automatisch aufgeladen.

Das hat diesmal, warum auch immer, nicht funktioniert, jetzt sagt das Kundencenter "inaktiv".

Ich habe jetzt aufgeladen, aber wie aktiviere ich das wieder? Oder geschieht das automatisch?

In unregelmäßigen abstanden wird mehrfach am Tag das Guthaben kontrolliert. Die Aktivierung findet daher dann in den nächsten 24 Stunden statt.
