Mobilfunk-Prepaid zusätzliches Datenvolumen

Guten Morgen

 

Nochmal bitte die Nachfrage hier: wie kann ich als Bestandskunde Prepaid das zusätzliche Datenvolumen erhalten? Nutze Prepaid L.

 

In der App wird mir nichts brauchbares angezeigt. Selbst wenn ich in den XL Tarif wechseln möchte, was wohl klappen sollte, wird mir das zusätzliche Volumen nicht angezeigt. 

 

Werde ich diskriminiert als Bestandskunde?
