Neue Tarife und Multi-Sim

Hallo, ich habe vor ca. 2 Monaten meinen Tarif verlängert, also vor der allgemeinen Umstellung.

ich würde jetzt gerne eine Multi SIM bestellen, wundere mich aber, dass dafür in der Magenta App eine Vertragsumstellung erforderlich ist…

kann mir dazu jemand helfen? 
Ich bin heute ab 16.30 auch telefonisch zu erreichen…
