New Telekom sim still showing no service

Hi,

 

I brought a new Telekom sim card yesterday and I have followed all the steps to complete online verification and activate the same. 

 

However, it's been more than 24 hours and My sim card still shows no service.

 

Please help.

      Please note: 

       

      I have also restarted my mobile with the new sim card. And I have tried selecting manual operator in settings but unfortunately nothing works.

      Possibly the SIM has not been activated, as you suspect.

       

      Possibly the SIM has been activated: What phone model do you have, in which country was this phone sold and in which country was this phone taken into operation? Smartphones (specifically from Samsung) tend to have a region lock.

      Hello @Vijay1 ,

       

      are you in Germany at the moment? I'm asking because after the activation takes place, the SIM will need a connection to a German network. 

       

      Please tell me in which time frame you are available if that is not the case, so I can take a look at the SIM card.

      I am in Germany at the moment. And also, I have used an Ortel Sim card before and it worked in the same phone.

      Yes I am available. The number I have added is my Indian number. +91 has been added before if in case you are going to call me over that number.

      before the number ending on -163?

      I will need to find someone who can call an international number. Fröhlich It might take a while.

      The 163 is the Telekom number which is not working.

      The working Indian number is the one ending with 521.

      If the +91 number doesn't work when you fill it out, you can just write it in the box.
