I have recently cancelled my yearly prepaid mobile contract within the 14-day withdrawal period. I have not received my refund yet.

Hi, I canceled my contract on 13.07.2026. And received the confirmation. I also filled out the form to provide my IBAN so I can receive the refund. But not received any update on it
