Nur Nachnamezahlung möglich?!

Liebes Telekom-hilft-Team,

leider möchte Ihr Shopsystem nicht, dass ich Kunde werde. Ich würde gerne den Tarif MagentaMobil Prepaid M incl. Rufnummernportierung abschließen. Mir wird als Zahlungsoption nur Nachname angeboten, damit möchte ich aber sicher nicht bestellen. Wer kann das reparieren?
