Hi, 

I placed an order last saturday, for a pre-paid sim card, but I did not hear anything back yet. order number is [...], apparently it's still being processed. 

Do you know how long this will take? Otherwise I would like to cancel the order. 

Would appreciate some assistance on how to proceed further.
