Phone number for prepaid account not found by Telekom

I am having the exact issue described in the forum in the following link. How do I solve this issue? Can customer service contact me in English?

Maybe nevertheless you might work out a bit what your problem is and where it limits you.
There ARE phone numbers with MagentaMobil contracts in the Telekom mobile network that are not handled by Telekom but rather by mobilcom-debitel.

Please fill your forum profile with a phone number that works and state the hours a Telekom Teamie might get in touch with you for authentication and clarification purposes.
I have a Telekom prepaid number that I have been reloading in the past (9 years)
Interesting and not directly related to your case - how have you managed all these years without German.

Thanks, I have done so, added the hours of availability to a "more information" field, as there is no specific place for that (that I could see). The phone number still works in this phone, I just cannot make outgoing communication.

which is a bit a contradiction to what you wrote earlier:
Since then, I noticed that I did not have service outside wifi.
In view of that you can be reached I now understand the Telekom message as that due to an insufficient prepaid account the Xtra Triple could not be booked, but as a recharge was done meanwhile you should be able to again also set up outgoing phone calls.
