Pixel 6 VoLTE/Vo5G and WoWiFi not working on Telekom GONN

I have recently changed my network to Telekom from O2 where I had VoLTE and VoWiFi working. Iswitched to Telekom knowing that they would support both of these services. But I don't have the option to turn them on.

 

I'm currently a subscriber of Telekom GONN tariff and user device Pixel 6

      The Screenshot does not look like stock Android. Have you installed a custom ROM?

      Hi Thomas,

       

      It's the original ROM. you get this menu after dialing *#*#4636#*#* and then under Phone info you get this menu Fröhlich .

      If you haven't done it already, try "reset mobile network settings" under developer options. It may be that the phone still has o2 settings active, which may not work on the Telekom network.

      Well Carolin,

       

      It took longer then expected, I asked an agent to wait for 5 min so that i could reach for my documents but well she hung up on me the very next minute.

      The next agent said there is no one speaking english here, so it looks like I need to wait for another day where someone who could chat in English would respond.
