Hello,
Initially i was having with Telekom an internet contract on my wife name and 2 phone plans on my name.
After some time i was not able to see anymore the bills on the app for the phone and i was told this is because of Data Security Update and i should create new separated account or use the link : https://www.telekom.de/kontakt/e-mail-kontakt/festnetz/ihr-auftrag-zur-aenderung-der-vertragspartnerdaten https://www.telekom.de/kontakt/e-mail-kontakt/mobilfunk/uebernahme-eines-mobilfunk-laufzeitvertrags
to Merge the accounts for married couple.
After i canceled the Internet contract, i was told by a Store Representative that i will just have to wait around 2 weeks and i will automatically be able to see the bills on the app.
After more then 4 months i am still unable to see them as it says im not registered as main user/ contract owner .(Website+ App) . (Sie sind nicht als Vertragsinhaber angemeldet und deshalb nicht berechtigt auf Rechnungsinformationen zuzugreifen. )
My question is will the merging account still work if i do not have anymore the Home internet ? I would like to be able to see the bills in the app .
Currently i only own the 2 Phone plans, where the bill is on my name, but somehow the Account is still showing up on my Wife name.
Also a second problem i have is the fact that i am currently under Magenta Mobil L Unlimited +1 extra card and to my understanding from the website this should include unlimited calls from Germany within Eu.
I have made some calls toward Romania which it seems i got charged per minute on my bill. I cannot understand how i got charged because i checked the website with what should be included in the plan before making the calls to make sure i won't have a problem.
How may i fix this ? Do i need to update something on the plan to be able to use that included unlimited calls from Germany toward Europe ?

Do i need to update something on the plan to be able to use that included unlimited calls from Germany toward Europe ?

I guess a tariff actualisation is required. This was only introduced s.th. like one year ago.
Also this was introduced one year ago only for the main card - probably your PlusKarte will also require a tariff actualisation.
Best if you state when a teamie can reach out for you, be prepared and have the last digits of your IBAN number ready for authentication purposes.

There's a misunderstanding here; there are no roaming charges, but making calls abroad does cost money.

Thank you very much for your time and the very pleasant phone call, @Dinoiu .
As discussed, we have now moved your contracts to the current tariff generation. This means that calls from Germany to other EU countries are now included as a flat rate. The monthly costs remain the same.
In addition, I have submitted an internal ticket requesting the deletion of the old login from the internet contract. As soon as I receive feedback, I will get back to you here.

well, in magenta app i cannot find this option, and online is giving me the following message error:
Currently unavailable
This feature is currently unavailable. Alternatively, you can easily link your contracts via the Mein Magenta app. Please download the Mein Magenta app to your smartphone and log in with your Telekom login. Then, scroll to the bottom of the home screen and tap "Add contract." Follow the steps provided. You can find detailed instructions in our [link to instructions].

thanks for the current details.
The fact that you can see all details including the bills if you're using the automatic login means, that you have a current active login account which is linked to an email address.
The "new" created account uses the same email address?

Yes when the email address is the same one. If i log in automatically using mobile data, and look under Personal information, will show my name and the Email address i used to create this current account.
But if i log in with the email and password will not recognize anything from the contracts i currently have.

@Sarah D. Seems that i found the Fix!
@Onur Ö. I just had to wait couple of hours and the Add contract option was available after that.
Now the email log-in works, and it also shows me the bill, so everything is fine!
