Prepaid Guthaben lädt nicht auf

Hallo,

ich habe seit zwei Tagen kein mobiles Datenvolumen, obwohl genug Guthaben auf dem Konto ist. Das ist natürlich schwierig unterwegs.

Laut Nachrichten gab es wohl ein Problem. Ich hänge die Bilder mal an.
