Prepaid Kündigung

Die Prepaid Nummer meines Vaters wurde von der Telekom gelöscht .

Für die Nummer bestand eine automatische Aufladung. Die letzte Zeit sind aber keine Beträge (15,-€) vom Konto abgebucht worden. Ich konnte auch nicht manuell aufladen.

Wie kann ich die Nummer wieder aktivieren?
