Prepaid Tarif in Norwegen

Ich habe aktuell auf den Tarif Mobil Start M umgestellt.

Im Telekom Shop bekomme ich die Auskunft dass der Tarif in Norwegen (Urlaub) nicht nutzbar ist.

Wenn ich die Telekom Preisliste Mobilfunknutzung im Ausland (Prepaid) Seite 2 und 3 anschaue kann ich diese Aussage nicht nachvollziehen.

Da Norwegen in der Ländergruppe 1 enthalten ist sollten doch keine Mehrkosten für Daten und Telefon anfallen?
