Prepaid Tarifwechsel (M auf L)

Guten Tag,

ich würde gerne (zu sofort, mir ist bekannt dass nicht verrechnet wird) meinen Prepaid-Tarif von MagentaMobil Prepaid M auf L wechseln. 
Entgegen der Hinweise in der Hilfe kann ich den Wechsel nicht im Kundenkonto vornehmen, sonst hätte ich es auf dem Weg getan.

      @kimbu lieben Dank für das Telefonat von gerade eben. Fröhlich Der Tarifwechsel ist erledigt und die Auftragsbestätigung bereits auf dem Weg.
