Prepaid Top Up Fail

Dear Sir or Madam,
I topped up 30 euros (one-time top up) using the MeinMagenta app, the payment method was VISA, the bank showed a successful debit, but the app internally showed an error (I forget the error code, but it definitely showed an error ) and the balance did not increase.
Could you please help me with this?

Did you also receive an SMS?
If not, the booking was not made.
And with Visa, was there really a successful debit?
Or rather, a prebooked debit.

Thanks for your reply. I didn't receive the SMS, and I checked the Visa, there is a pre-authorisation 30 euros to Telekom Prepaid Auflad Bonn. Have you also met this problem before?

The pre-authorization must first go through, only then is it booked as a credit.
Means Visa has to release it first.
Since I don't use prepaid, I have no experience with it.
But I also use a credit card and know this procedure with some providers.
It can last until Monday if this happened on Saturday or today with the charge.
