Prepay Tariff not working. Please help. English

Hello. In September I bought a 30-day L prepay plan for 15 Euro. It gave me 5gb data, talk, and text.

 

After the 30-days, I put another 15 Euro on my account. This time I do not have data and texts keep subtracting from my account...

 

The store could not help me. I have submitted an email but have not gotten a response. I requested a phone call, and have not received a response. Please help.

 

Hallo. Im September habe ich für 15 Euro einen 30-Tage-Prepaid-Tarif L gekauft. Es gab mir 5 GB Daten, Gespräche und Text. Nach Ablauf der 30 Tage habe ich weitere 15 Euro auf mein Konto eingezahlt. Dieses Mal habe ich keine Daten und SMS werden ständig von meinem Konto abgezogen ... Der Shop konnte mir nicht helfen. Ich habe eine E-Mail gesendet, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Ich habe um einen Anruf gebeten und keine Antwort erhalten. Bitte helfen Sie.

    But they are only with Telekom for 28 days.

    When and how did you deposit the credit?
    Using a code, it takes up to 24 hours for the tariff to be reactivated (pro rata).
    Booking via bank transfer can take up to 4 days.

    Actually in the past all Geman prepaid providers were offering monthly periods (so depending on the month duration of 28/29/30 or 31 days).

    Then some nasty person had the idea "let's reduce to four weeks duration, i.e. 28 days" and all other nasty persons working for other providers were following, so that we meanwhile have the situation that typically duration is 4 weeks/28 days.

    But people still have s.th. like one month or (inexactly) "roughly" 30 days in mind (30 days is the duration of a month for bankers Zwinkernd )

     

    Not so long ago 6-month and 1-year prepaid packages have been introduced - but they are targeted more at the lower end of data consumption.
