When I signed up for my mobile contract, I was informed that I would receive an additional 10GB of data per month as an existing Telekom customer (I currently have fiber internet at home).

However, I have not been able to find how to activate or confirm this benefit in my account.

Could you please clarify how this works? If possible, I would appreciate a callback in English so I can explain the situation more clearly.
