Question About Extra Data Benefit on Mobile Contract

Hello,

When I signed up for my mobile contract, I was informed that I would receive an additional 10GB of data per month as an existing Telekom customer (I currently have fiber internet at home).

However, I have not been able to find how to activate or confirm this benefit in my account.

Could you please clarify how this works? If possible, I would appreciate a callback in English so I can explain the situation more clearly.

      thanks for reaching out. Do you may specify this additional data package?

       

      Due to the details you mentioned here, it sounds for me like our data bonus for loyalty.

      With this you can get up to 10GB extra data according to the years you use a mobile contract with us.

      It starts with 500MB in the first year and rises about 500MB each ongoing year.
